Through our nonprofit,
become a certified
Moral Courage® Mentor 

Our certificate program builds upon Irshad Manji's online course, “Diversity Without Division: Introducing the Moral Courage Method of Communicating Across Divides.” Completing this course is a prerequisite for applying to become a certified Moral Courage Mentor.

If you haven’t yet taken the "Diversity Without Division" online course, here are few pertinent facts about it:

It's on-demand, pre-recorded, and self-paced.

Depending on your work style, it'll require 5-9 hours to finish. You can do it all in one go or take breaks between each of the five modules.

There are two versions of the course: one for K-12 educators and a corporate edition for all other professionals (e.g. employees of businesses, staff of colleges and universities, etc.) Either version qualifies you to apply to our certificate program.

If you're a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), you can earn nine professional development credits for completing either version of the course.

It costs $99 U.S. to enroll. Once enrolled, you may access the course for a full year.

Be sure to finish the course in enough time to apply to the certificate program. The next application deadline is 5 pm Eastern Time on Saturday, March 11, 2023. Rest assured, you can apply later to enter a future cohort.
