That’s the word Stacey Harkey uses to describe how he feels after graduating from the Moral Courage Mentor certificate program. “I’ve been pushed to grow — grow my skill set, grow my patience, grow my open-mindedness.” Stacey and three of his colleagues at Equality Utah became certified MC Mentors in 2022. Together, they’re now teaching the Diversity Without Division master class to LGBTQ+ teens
